So after picking our son up from daycare we were going to take a ride by the house. Before even getting to the house we received a call from our PM letting us know current progress at the house. We were told the landscaping, hydro seed, and rear steps were in. We were told our pre settlement meeting was going to be on Sept 12th. I can't believe that's already here. Over the weekend we signed a lease to rent our current town house out on Oct 1st! Time for a new adventure!
Wow! You have a house! With landscaping!!! Your lot is huge - I love the sidewalks in your neighborhood! I am so jealous you're almost to closing! Can't wait to see the final touches.
ReplyDeleteFrank, that's awesome. Carolyn and I rode past when they were doing the final grading, and couldn't believe how huge your back yard was. Once they removed that mound of dirt it really made a difference. Hope you've got a nice riding mower on order, that's gonna be a lot of grass to cut.

Thanks everyone. We can't believe how quick everything goes and it still doesn't quite feel real. Frank I already bought myself my riding mower. There was no way I would attempt to mow that. Haha.
ReplyDeleteI can't believe what a difference the elevation with the couple foot bump-out in the center makes - makes it look a lot less cookie cutter. Love the classic color combo, too!
